Smoothie Time!

 Hey There!


On this beautiful 26° winter day in Duluth, I thought it was a perfect time for a smoothie!! So I decided to share my favorite fruit smoothie recipe with you.
  
Lets get to it!

To start out, you'll need:

• blender
• 1 banana
• 3/4 cup milk
• 1/2 cup orange juice
• 1/2 cup apple sauce
• roughly 10 ice cubes
• handful of black berries
•handful of raspberries
• handful of chopped strawberries
(You can choose how much fruit and what kind you want)


After you get all your ingredients, take out your blender and add everything in.  Liquids first, then the fruit, and then add the ice.  

Blend Blend Blend :)
Once you have all the ingredients, make sure the lid is secure and blend it up!

Looks Delicious!


Once it's blended to your liking, pour in a cup and then, enjoy!! :)



If you want to save some, you can put the rest in a cup and freeze it.  When you're ready to drink it again, take it out, let it thaw, and it's still delicious!!
